WILD SCENES AT LAHORE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Dec. 9. Wild scenes occurred in connection with the Council election at Lahore. The non-co-operators roughly handled voters and assailed several candidates and prevented the recording of many votes. Later they chased and stoned one honorary Indian magistrate and attempted to raid the house of a magistrate's son, who fired a revolver and wounded three boys. The police dispersed the mob.
