GISBORNE SESSIONS.' By Telwrraph.—rress Association. Gisbnme, Last Night. ' In the Supreme Court, the jury disagreed in the case against Dennis O'Dwyer, charged with having sold stock held under a lien granted by Dalgety and Co. without the consent of that firm. C. Wynne Yates and Kobert Pryde Turnbull were found guilty of theft of money from, George Rue. Sentence was deferred.
