PARTIES IN DIVORCE COURT, DECREE NISI GRANTED. \ At the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, yesterday, before His Honor Sir Bassett Edwards, Albert Henry Frost, farmer, of Tariki, petitioned for adissolution of his marriage with Lilian Frost, on the grounds of adultery.' Petitioner had loft New Zealand in February,: 1917, for service with the Expeditionary Forae, and was absent till August of IMS. He had not seen his wife since he left mvr Zealand for the front. * On his return he had learned that his wife had given birth to a child (illegitimate). Evidence was also given by Margaret; B. Simpson, Commandant in the Saltation Army, matron of the Bethany Home, Napier, in 191$, and now itationed at Dunedin. His Honor granted a decree alii t« be made absolute in three months.
