At the annual meeting of the- Chrilt't College Old Boy*' Association it Wa» unanimously decided to support the protest being made by the acting headmaster against the proposed abolition by the Defence Department of the .distinctive puggrees worn, by the secondary school cadets. It was also decided to invite the co-operation of the principal secondary schools in the Dominion in the protest. . ...>;■ The secretary of the Association has now been advised by the Brigadler-i General in charge of Administration, that instructions have been issued to all officers commanding districts that cadets of secondary schools may retain their distinctive cadet pugarees, the epjt.of same to be provided from the Uttlni tenance grants. :
