NEWCASTLE COAL FOR THRESHING. By TelejTapb.—Presi Association. Newcastle, Dec. 6. The Premier states that the whole of the Billoel&'s shipment of Newcastle coal (4000 tons), excepting 600 tons, will be set aside for threshing requirements. The- greatest caro will have to be taken to make the allocation go as far as possible, and every effort will be made to allot further supplies as opportunity offers. Mr. Masßey says that brown or New Zealand coal shrould be mixed with Newcastle coal to make it go further.
