MORE TRIBAL TROUBLES. By Telwaph.—Press Assn —Copyrlelit. Delhi, Deo. 2. Inter-tribal warfare between Kir and Swat is causing an unsettled frontier position. The trouble is caused by young, hot-headed tribesmen, who are opposed to the surrender of their new modern rifles under the terms of the recent settlement with the British authorities. The, Afridis Malls confess that, they are unable to control the young tribesmen, while turbulent members of the Zakka Khel 'tribes are displaying,much activity, carrying out raids with a view to thwarting the efforts of the leaders to secure a settlement with the Indian Government. Advices from Turkestan state that the Bolsheviks, have issued a proclamation ordering all women to register themselves for national service. Mohammedan women will also be forcibly unveiled. Bolshevik female orators are urging the women to desert their husbands unless given full liberties.— Router.
