FINED FOR NOT REPORTING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Tauranga, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, a local orchardist was fined £-2 and costs for failing to comply with a notice to deal with lire blight. Mr". L. Poynter (orchard instructor)' stated that this was the first case of its kind in the Dominion. The Magistrate staled he was satisfied defendant had done a great deal of work, but still had not complied with the notice.
