CASE MAY END TO-DAY. By Teleirranh.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night, The second trial of Samuel John Thorn, on a charge of murdering 'Sydney Seymour Eyre, a£ Pukekawa, was continued' to-day. Evidence was again similar to that heard at the. previous trial, and no fre»h facts of importance were brought to light. All witnesses for tlw Crown have now 'been called, and the case will probably conclude-- to-morrow.
