South match will be played on January 3, at Hawera. No further advice has been received to date as to the game against Nelson at New Plymouth, on December 29 and 3d, the Southern Association not Having came to a final decision. It is understood that a Wellington eleven will visit Hnweru on December 29 and 39. The •North Tnranalti Association has been Invited ■J the .South Taranakl Association to send live players to take part in the match, and it the Nelson fixture does not take place It is probable the rcouest will bo acceded to.
