According -to a Chicago message during the last three months grain jlrkies have steadily fallen, wteat dropping from 252 cents (10s 6d) per bushei to 129 cents (5s iW). Corn has fallen from 119 cents to 96 cents, and oats from 70 cents to 43 cents. Foreign interests have been buying heavily, taking advantage of the low figures.
