AN ORGANISED TRAFFIC. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Nov. 27 It is announced that the police have discovered a stowoway agency, which is engaged in surreptitiously shipping emigrants to the United States in contravention of the* "gentlemen' 3 agreement" between the United States and Japan. Representatives, of the agency have confessed that they are working in conjunction with the- petty officers on freighters, who allowed stowaways on board disguised as members of the crew for a fee of 1800 yen.—Aus.-N.Z.
