Mr. and Mrs. Boland left for their new vjiome at Napier oil Thursday morning. Mr. Boland takes up postal relieving duties for the North Island. A movement is on foot to erect a memorial to perpetuate the memory of Waitara soldiers. We have certainly been a slow-moving community in this direction, as Tikorangi, Urenui, and Lepperton have already erected memorials. A suggestion most in favor is to erect a clock tower at the entrance to the Waitara bridge.
