In the House of Commons, Sir Gordon Hewart (Solicitor-General) said it was not yet possible to say when the 'rials of German war criminals would commence. The documents containing the charges and the evidence were in the hands of the Attorney-General of the High Court of Leipsig, and were being investigated in accordance with the procedure of that Court.—Aus.-N.Z.
