A RAILWAY GRIEVANCE. By Teletfraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 20. When a telegram from Napier regarding the A.S.R.S. privilege tickets was referred to the Railway Department, it was explained thaa the men were under a misapprehension. There was no intention of departing in any sense from the agreement come to with the society. The instructions, which the men had misunderstood, did not modify or restrict the concession granted.
