CHINESE PRESS OPINIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn Copyright, Received Nov. 23, 7.4 a p.m. Tokio, Nov. 22. The newspaper Nichi Nichi Shimbun, discussing the Chinese consortium, says Japan has pooled its rights in three railways in China with the nations comprising the consortium, and the paper questions whether the Japanese sacrifice is not too great. The Kokomin Shimbun complains that the consortium gives the United States and England the same rights in China and Japan, the principle of Asia for Asiatics thus receiving a blow. —Aus.N.Z.
