WARNING TO HOUSE-OWNERS.
DANGER OF COMMITTING PERJURY. By Telesraph.-Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. In connection with claims for possesion of tenements, Mr. McCarthy S.M., to-day issued a warning to house-owners who seek to obtain, through an order m the Lourt, the opportunity to profit «L Pwailing enhanced values. When owners of houses come to Court and say they desire to have a tenant ejected so that the owners nmv he able to occupy the house themselves, and they subsequently sell the house in question, these people are laying themselves "pen to prosecution for perjurv," said the Magistrate.
