FOREIGN POLITICS.

THE ATTITUDE OF BRITAIN. Bj Teleeraph.—Press Assn—Copyrielir. London, Nov. 18. The Premier, in the House of Commons, replying to a question whether Britain would support the admission of Germany to the League of Nations, said he was not aware that Germany would apply. It was not desirable at the present stage to announce Britain's intentions regarding C'onstantine. The Cabinet had decided to prepare a trade agreement with Russia. This would be submitted to the Russian Government in a few days. An Anti-Dumping Bill would not be introduced this session owing to pressure of business.
