ADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL ORDER. COUNTY OF STRATFORD. is hereby given that at a cial Meeting of the Stratford County Council, held at the County Office at Stratford oh SATURDAY, the 9th day of OCTOBER, i!) 20, a Resolution was passed as follows: "That in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it and of every other power it, in this behalf enabling the Council of the County of Stratford doth hereby by Special Order make and ordain the By-law following, that is to say—"The By-laws made by the Council on 25th day of November, 1003, the 19th October, 1904, and 19th July, 1905, and which are at present in force shall be and the same are hereby repealed as from th? twentieth day of December, 1920, but no such repfal shall affect any offences committed, notices given, prosecution commenced or license, permit, grant, permission or consent issued, made or given under such By-laws when repealed or the validity, invalidity, effect or consequence of anything done, omitted, or suffered under any such By-laws before the Tcpeal or affect the proof of any act, omission, or thing that shall -have occurred or arising under any such repealed By-laws or prevent any such repealed By-laws from being put in force for the recovery of any duties, taxes, fees, fines, penalties, or forfeitures incurred in such repealed By-
A copy of the said By-law is deposited at the Office of the County Council, and is open for inspection of the public during office hours until the 20th day of November, 1920. AND NOTICE is hereby also given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the County Office, Stratford, on the 20th. day of November, 1920, for confirmation as a Special Order.
