Part X.—Relates to Peddlers and Hawkers and requires them to take out Licenses. Provides for License fees. Conditions to be i observed while peddling and hawking. Keeping of Register of Licenses and for transfer of Licenses. Part XL—Relates to Public Billiard Rooms, defines same and requires same to be licensed. Provides conditions to be fulfilled to obtain License. Conditions to be observed on obtaining License—to whom Licehse will be granted. Right to inspect Rooms—duration of License— Amount of License fee. Persons prohibited from entering Billiard Rooms—Cleanliness and sanitation—Revocation or suspension of License. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the Office of each of the County Councils of Hawera, Eltham, Walmate West, Egmont, Stratford, Inglewood and Clifton, and is open to the inspection of the Public during Office hours of each said respective Council from the date hereof until the date of such Councils confirming Meeting as hereinafter notified. AND NOTICE is hereby also given that the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order to respective Meetings of the respective Councils of Hawera, Eltham, Waimate West, Egmont, Stratford, Inglewood and Clifton as follows: A Special Meeting of the Hawera County Council to be held at Hawera on Saturday, the 13th day of November, 1920. An Ordinary Meeting of the Eltham County Council to be held at Eltham on Saturday, the 20th day of November, 1920. An Ordinary Meeting of the Waimate West County Council to be held at on Thursday, the 18th day of November, 1920. A Special Meeting of the Egmont County Council to be held at Opunake on Monday, the 15th day of November, 1820. t An Ordinary Meeting of the Stratford County Council to be held at Stratford on Saturday, the 20th day of November, 1920. A Special Meeting of the Inglewood County Council to be held at Inglewdbd on Saturday, the 13th day of November, 1920.
