Tiie jury disagreed on the alleged manslaughter charge against Thomas Henry Davidson, garage proprietor, whoso ear knocked down and killed Worsfold, a cyclist. Judge Chapman ordered a new trial this session. Clarence James Daviifson, a youth, pleaded guilty to setting fire 'to a butcher's shop at Levin white laboring under a sense of grievance against the proprietor. He was granted probation on three years strict conditions. •
