Led by a butcher named Reul Jean, they mapped out the city of Paris into districts, in which they carried out systematic motor-car thefts and safe robberies, as well as several murders. All the crimes were rehearsed at night tinder the direction of the leader. A search brought to light several blood-stained relies connected with recent jnurders.—Times.
