An unofficial message states that an Trish conference, representing influential moderate opinion, which has been engaged in Dublin for three months on peace problems, has now submitted its proposals to the Premier, with a request that he receive a deputation. They suggest Dominion Home Rule with defence limitation?, and the convocation of an Irish Constituent Assembly to frame a constitution on those lines, Ulster to have its own assembly if it so desires, and a separate Parliament if it so desires.—Aus.-N.Z.
