MURDER OF POUCH. I . i THE TOLL FOR OCTOBER. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—CopyricM. London, Nov. 4. Sir Hamar Greenwood, in the House, of Commons, said that 22 police and 14 soldiers were murdered in Ireland during Ootober; 2S police and 30 soldiers were wounded; 223 civilian!! were court-mar-tialled and 187 were convicted. A TOWN FIRED. ECHO OF POLICE MURDER. London, Nov. 4. Eleven lorries filled with uniformed men entered Granarcl, where Inspector Kollegher was shot on Sunday. They opened lire, on houses and also set fire to various buildings. A market house and a hotel, valued at ;C7N,o(lu, were destroyed, also u number of business premises. After the withdrawal of troops from Tralee in the early morning, men, armed with axos and petrol, ignited a number of houses.
