AN AIR SERVICE.
[ TLMARU TO INVERCARGILL, By Telegraph— Press Association. Timara, Laat Night. The New Zealand Aero Transport Company Ims received a formal offer of the loan of two Avro and three de Hati- • land planes now at Washdyke, on condition that the machines are kept in an airworthy condition and are used in the udvancement of aviation in the Dominion. The aerodrome at Washdyke is i almost completed, and the company expect to be flying in a. fortnight. The intention is to establish a service from Timaru to Invercargill, and from Timaru to Mount Cook, aud later to include Queenstown.
