LEVEL CROSSING ACCIDENT.
MOTORIST SERIOUSLY INJURED. By Teleeraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. A motor car collided with a train from Riverton to Invercargill at the Wallacetown level crossing this evening. The car contained two men, who did not notice the approach of the train until they were almost on the line, and one pf the occupants jumped out, but the other, Honry Warden (the driver) remained in the car and wag struck by the engine, sustaining a fracture of the skull. He was removed to the Southland Hospital in a serious condition.
