It U reported that doctors are forcibly administering lime juice to McSwiney, owing to scury symptoms. Mr. Edward Shortt, "K.JO. (Home Secretary), in the House of Commons, said i he did not confirm or deny that he said i the doctors would be justified in doing so, in order to give McSwiney another chance; they were actuated by motives of mercy. He knew McSwiney had taken certain things, including fruit extract. The Daily Chronicle states that during a brief spell of unconsciousness doctors fed McSwiney with beef essence and brandy. When McSwiney recovered cosciousness he protested that he had been tricked, and he refused further feeding.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.'

McSWINEY'S CONDITION. London, Oct. 20. McSwiney suffered i delirious attack lasting over two hours. His relatives were summoned. He is now quieter.
