COST OF LIVING BONUS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Dunedin, Oct. 19. In response to an inquiry it is stated that the matter of an additional cost of living bonus has not been considered l>v the Arbitration Court, for the reason, that the Government Statistician does not make up the periodic returns till the end of October.
