A telegram from Milan reports a brutal bomb outrage in the Hotel Cazor, where the British delegates to the international conference of the League of Nations were staying. Two bombs were thrown into the living rooms and did great damage, but fortunately no lives wore lost. The delegates were absent—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
