GERMAN REPARATIONS.
ALLIES SETTLE PROCEDURE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Oct. 13. M. De la Croix, Belgian Premier, interviewed, said he liad succeeded in negotiations with Mr. Lloyd George concerning German reparations. The Geneva conference would not be held. The Inter-Allied Reparations Commission would hear the German explanation and proposals, and then would report to the Governments, who would make their own arrangements. A conference between France and Britain would shortly be held at Brussels Aus.-N.Z. .Cal>le Assn.
