De la Croix, Belgian Premier, interviewed, said he liad succeeded in negotiations with Mr. Lloyd George concerning German reparations. The Geneva conference would not be held. The Inter-Allied Reparations Commission would hear the German explanation and proposals, and then would report to the Governments, who would make their own arrangements. A conference between France and Britain would shortly be held at Brussels Aus.-N.Z. .Cal>le Assn.
