He declined to make any comment regarding his resignation. The search for the Amelia J. has been abandoned, and the steamer Melbourne lias returned to port. Brisbane, Oct. 11, There is no alteration in the election figures. Mr. E. G. Theodore (the Premier) states that he hopes thirty-five Laborites will be returned.
