Generals Wrangel and Petlura have joined forces. Another report states that General ftmgud has gone to South Russia to command Wrangel's troops. Wrangel's tfltst Army, including 30,000 Cossacks, is under command of General Slashtcheff, who in reality is the Grand Dnke Michael Alexandrovitch. The Second Army comprisM 17,000 reserves, the Third Army is hetween 50,000 and 70,000, while the Fourth Group consists of 30/100 Kuban fiouaeks, fcased on the Black Sea.
