Company last night, that the bar was very rough so that she may not be able to oross till this morning. She will therefore not be able topsail to schedule time to-night. THE PORT PIRHJ. The Fort Pirle finished takiig In cheese and meat on Wednesday afternoon, and is now engaged In discharging coal. She may not get away for Australia till Tuesday. KINI BAR-BOUND. Advice has been received by the local office ot the U.S.B. Co. that the Kini la bar-bound at Greymouth. It was hoped that she would get out yesterday, in which case she will reach New Plymouth to-morrow morning. CORINNA FROM SOUTH. The Corinna will leave Nelson at toon today for New Plymouth, and Is expected to arrive here to-morrow. She is bringing a full general cargo from South Island ports. TAMON MARU FROM JAPAN. ■ The first direct steamer from Japan, tte Tamon Maru, is expected to arrive from Kobe (Japan), on about October 20, having left Kobe on September 23. She Is bringing a cargo of superphosphate for New Plymouth and Auckland, and will put out about 1000 tons at this oprt. THE MAMARI. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company advise that the Mamari, now discharging at Lyttelton, is to leave that port next Tuesday for Welllgnton and New Plymouth with remainder of cargo from London. The vessel is due at Wellington next Wednesday morning, and at Now Plymouth about the end of the week. THE LBITRIM. Tire New Zealand and African Company advise that the steamer Leltrim did not get away from Newcastle until 3 o'clock on Wednesday morning with a load of bunkering coal for Wellington. The vessel is due at Wellington on Monday morning, and later loads at Waitara. t ' • THE PORT CAROLINE. The C. and D. Line steamer Fort Caroline, en route from London, If. now expected to leave Auckland next Tuesday for Wellington in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool. The vessel is due at Wellington next Thursday. PAKEHA AT LONDON. Cable advice has been received by the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company that the liner Pakeha arrived at London on Oct. 5 from Wellington via Panama. The vessel left Wellington on August 20. THE ROSAMOND. Owing to the congestion of shipping at VVellington on Wednesday,'ttere was a shortage of labor. The Rosamond will now not leave hero before to-day or to-morrow for New Plymouth, Westport, and Greymouth. WITHIN RANGE.
