By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. The Paris newspaper Intransigeant Btates that Herr Mayer (German Ambassador to France) suggested to M. Leygues (the Premier of France) that points of difference between France and Germany, particularly over the indemnity, should be settled by direct conversations at Paris. Suva reports that Bearch parties have returned to port, and report no trace of the missing crew of the wrecked ketch Korunah. It is feared they are lost. It is reported yellow fever prevails in all the principal ports on the East Coast of Mexico, and the public health service fcas placed quarantine against travellers from these ports. The disease has also appeared in Nicaragua and Guatemala. •The oil companies in tho Tampico field fear an exodus of foreign employees, thereby reducing production.
