QUESTION OP RENEWING RELATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Oct. 3. •Herr Mayer visited M. Jbeygues (Premier) and emphasised the resolve of the Government to carry out the treaty in its integrity. M. Leygues replied that in that'case the French Government would do its best to restore normal relations between the two countries.
