INJURED,MAN'S DEATH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisbornc, Sept. 18. Harry Pritchard, whose depositions in connection with a case of alleged assault in a foundry were taken yesterday, died in hospital this afternoon.
[Donald Williamson is under arrest on a charge of assaulting deceased with intent to cruise bodily harm.]
