A STRANGE CASE.
GERMAN v. STATE JUDGES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 19, .15 p.m. • Perth, Sept. 19. William drundemann, a German contractor, applied in 1915 to the Subiaco Council for a building permit, and the application was refused. The applicant took the council through the Supreme Court and the Full Court and lost both cases. He then went to the eastern States to secure redress from the High Court, but failed. He has now issued a writ claiming £IO,OOO damages for alleged conspiracy to bring about his financial ruin. Eighteen" defendants have been joined, including the whole of the four State Judges and the head of the Law Department. Special machinery will have tobe'dcvi=ed.to try the case.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
