A Paris dispatch says that Japan intends to press the question of racial equality before the League of Nations Assembly in Geneva 011 November 15. It is believed that if Japan fails to win racial recognition, giving immigrants equal rights and privileges witii those irom oiher countries, she will withdraw from the LeagueIn preparation for the fight, .Tapan has retained accommodation at Geneva for the largest delegation—three official delegates and 02 other representatives.
