A Moscow wireless message reports that the Bolshevik leaders are appealing to General Wrangel's forces to lay down ■arms in order to revive toiling Russia, and urging them in the name of everything that is honest in the Russian people to refuse to play the criminal role of Polish landlords and French usurpers.
