Cable Assn. CAPTURE OF MAILS, Received Sept. 14, 9.30 p.m. London, Sept. 14. Sinn Feiners in Skibbereen cleverly captured mails delivered by aeroplane from Bantry. They marked a large white circle in a field and stood near-by in military uniforms. The aviators mistook the circle for a military sign, and dropped the mail bags into it.
