'FEELING IN INDIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, t 'Delhi, Sept. 8. The Indian National Congress, which is sitting at Calcutta, under the presidency of Lajpatrai, adopted by 1826 votes to 'BO4 Chandi's programme of non'-co-operation as a protest against the harsh terms of the Turkish peace. This includes Indians - surrendering honorary titles and offices, the withdrawal of children from Government schools, the withdrawal of lawyers from practice, and a boycott of the Legislative Council and of British goods.—Reuter.
