THE RIMU, The Rlmu passed Manukau Heads at 6 o'alock' on Thursday night, and afrived at the port yesterday morning at 7 o'clock with passengers and 140 tons of cargo. She sailed at the usual time in the afternoon for Onehunga. FLORA PROM SOUTH. The Flora arrived from South Island ports and Wellington at 1.30 p.m. yesterday with BSI tons of general cargo, Including transhipments from the Matatua, Moerakl, and Ulimnioa. It is hoped to have the Flora ready to sail for Wellington - and Lyttelton this afternoon. * THE ATSUTA MARU. It is hoped that the discharge of the Ncw- ' castle coal from the A\suta Maru, No. 2 will be completed in time to allow of her departure for Greymouth this evening. In order to clear the vessel's cargo, the waterslders worked till 6 o'clock last night, an'd will work till the same hour to-night, so that sho may get away- to make room for the Fort Alma to-morrow.

WEST CAJIAItGO DELAYED. , Advice has been received by the local agects for the General Steamship Corporation that the West Camargo will not leave Wellington for New Plymouth as Intended, but will wait till the Port Alma has finished loading, which will probably be about Thursday. PORT ALMA TO-DAY. The C. and D. liner Port Alma la due at New Plymouth to-day from Sydney, for Homeward loading. The vessel is bringing 150 bags of mails. • She is due at Wellington on the 17th Inst, from New Plymouth, and Is to sail on the 24th for London, via Panama. TOFUA FROM SAN FRANCISCO. Tho Tofua Is due at .Wellington on Man- 1 day evening from San Francisco. She will ■ail on tho Friday following on the return voyage. THE PORT DAItWIN. The C. and D. Line advise that the steamer Port Darwin is to leave Sydney on the 15th Inst, for Wellington. PHOSPHATES COMING; The barque James Craig Is expected to leave Adelaide shortly for New Zealand with a cargo of superphosphates. COAL FROM NEWCASTLE. The Waltomo and the Japanese steamer luaho Maru are to load coal at Newcastle for New Zealand. WIRELESS FROM ATHENIC. Messrs. Newton king, Ltd., agents for the Show, Savlll line, advise that \ wireless message has been from the Athenic stating that she will arrive at Auckland at d&ybraak next Wednesday. PATEA LIGHT. The Collector of Customs at New Plymouth reports that the Hashing light at the entrance to the Patea Harbor Is not working, and a red light is being exhibited till the light Is repaired.
