Received Sept. 7, 7.30 p.m, London, Sept. 6. .Sir Thomas Mackenzie is dissatislied at the way Nesv Zealand's fbod nncl raw materials' are handled in England. Sir. Connolly (Australia), in a letter to the Press, endorses Sir Thomas .Mackenzie's opinion, and also protests against the Food Ministry de-controlling apples during the English season, and reimposing control during the Australian season, whereby the former obtains the advantages of a free market.
