A speical session of the Indian National Congress was convened for the purpose of considering a programme of not co-operating with tiie Government as a protest against tlie TuriisJ) peace terms. At.Calcutta, under he presidency of Tala Tajput Roy, five thousand delegates were present. Tiio preside!: t's address stated that Hindus woud give Mohammedans unhesitating moral and constitutional support in tins agitation to get the terms revised. On the question of non-eo-operation the president did not give a lead, but left the question to be decided at a. discussion in open congress.
