IMPORTANT CHANGE PROBABLE. It is understood that in order to conserve the flour supply the public may soon be deprived of new bread, and the bakers will only be allowed to sell bread which is a day old. This report (which comes from a reliable sjurce; was mentioned to a prominent New Plymouth baker by a Daily News reporter last night. He stated that no move had been made yet, but lie thought it would come. New Plymouth merchants arc experiencing difficulty in getting sufficient flour to fill orders, and the question of being able to carry 011 until the new wheat crop is available is presenting difficulties. New Plymouth bakers are said to have sufficient flour to meet the demand at present, but the future is uncertain.
