The United States Shipping Board is completing plans for the sale of vessels, shipyards, and construction materials valued at more than 2,500,000,000 dollars. The Board has 1605 vessels ready for delivery, and will have 127 more by January 1. The vessels are valued at an average price of 172 dollars a ton.
