Four disguised men Bred on three constables at QUngarjfF, killing Constable McNamara and seriously injuring Constable Cteary. The county councils of Donegal, Leitrim and Dublin arc wrthdrawing their funds from the banks, fearing confiscation by the Government because the councils refuse to pay claims for Government and other property destroyed during the disturbances.—Aus.-N.Z.
