The Korean Government announces the arrest at Seoul of many Koreans/ who confessed to have planned to murder United States Congressmen with bombs on their arrival in Seoul. [Last week the Korea correspondent of the New York Times said that despatches from Korea reported .the discovery of a plot against United States Congressmen visiting the Far East. It was said the plot was arranged to create ill-feeling between Japan and the United States. Numerous Koreans were arrested.]

According to a* dispatch from Tokio, prominent citizens in Tokio suggested that the Government should recall all Japanese who have emigrated to America, in order to solve the Japanese problem in the United States.
