Lower House tomorrow rescinds to-day's adoption by a majority of two of a Bill legalising women suffrage, the State will become the needed thirty-sixth to carry the conBtitntion amendment, which means that seventeen million women in non-suffrage States will vote at the Presidential elections in November.—Aus.-N.Z.
