A medal match for 'a silver button was played by the ladies of the New Plymouth Club yesterday afternoon, and was won by Mrs. Burke TUe best scores were: Mrs. Burke, 115 —3T»-—80; Mrs. Johns, 101—19—82 Miss Stnnford, 101—19—82; Miss Rundle, f>f»—l3—B3 ; Mrs. Butcher, f>7—l3 —S4 ; Miss Gavin, 100—14—80; Miss Goldwater 111—25—86. The final for first season players match was played off yesterday, when Miss Winfield beat Mrs. Carthcw, 3 up and 1.
