Dublin messages report that the Irish Unionist Alliance repudiates Home Rule on the ground that it means a creation of an ( independent Irish Republic, or civil war.—Times Service. WEEK-END ITEMS. DEPORTATION OF SINN FEINERS. Received August 15, 5.5 p.m. London, August 14. Fifty armed men rowing in boats stopped a flotilla of petrol-laden boats at Carrick, on the Shannon, and captured the entire cargo of 1400 gallons. The Lord Mayor of Cork and other Sinn Feiners will be court-martialled, land possibly deported. A number of hunger-striking prisoners liavc been removed to Britain.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
